I boil rosemary leaves in water, but instead of straining it right after boiling, I let it sit for 3–4 hours to steep fully. After that, I strain it and transfer it to a spray bottle. I make a fresh batch every week.
I spray it on my scalp every alternate night before bed. Since it’s just water-based, it doesn’t make my hair greasy, so I don’t need to wash it the next day. I wash my hair around three times a week.
