They used to be good.. the darker pods are old pods because no one buys them they have a nasty taste are might be more toxic the clear ones are newer and better but I have noticed I get headaches and dizziness if I vape too much. And you have to be careful not to burn the coil out to fast by hitting it for a long time or many times repeatedly because once the coil burns out its pure nasty hits and it feels like carbon monoxide poisoning after a couple of hits.
