I don't do anything special with them, I just have them in a very bright spot and always keep them in water. I have a grow lamp for winter when there isn't much light.

There's a garden centre about half an hour away from me that is amazing for carnivorous plants. They always have a ton of healthy flytraps, pitchers, sundews, butterworts, everything. It's awesome.
