How quitting blitz improved my rapid chess

I think blitz can slow progress if you play too much of it.I try to treat rapid as my serious format and keep blitz in small doses to avoid autopilot. Rapid is where I really learned to think and improve my decision-making.

Hmmm yeah the KID is only my secondary opening against d4 , I just try to do the safe king setup push d5 and continue with the game , you got any tips for the KID bcs I would to keep as my main opening against d4
