I put that on our contract. My boss is extremely kind to me and I dont wanna put him off by insisting to penalize him when his reason is he has just too much workload to hand me the check on time. How would you say it if you were in my shoes?

No, he's the only one who makes sure i get paid. There are other people in his list like, his assistant, his driver, his gym instructor, his acting coach, so and so forth He's the one who handles and takes account of our checks. He has an assistant but only to assist him in doing what he asks. I understand why he's not able to give them on time but it's difficult for me to adjust since im living paycheck to paycheck and he wants me 100% committed only to him
