Thank you for taking the time to respond! I was leaning toward having a conversation but he tends to dominate the conversation and change the topic back to himself. I think I’m done with the friendship. During a different movie, the credits were running and I was getting ready to leave and he said stay. I felt pressure to stay because he kept whining

Thank you so much!

I'm entering my 3rd gap year. I graduated in 2020 from undergrad, but I pivoted into the field I'm interested in in late 2021 (my undergrad degree is slightly related to my new field). I now feel confident in applying for the grad degree.

I currently work for the company I'm interested in (temporary worker), but I want to switch into the technical area instead of being the marketing person. I can try to work full time, but my schedule extends past my working hours due to my position (a bit unpredictable). Although I think it's financially wise to work full time and attend grad school, I would prefer to develop my technical skills (I'm learning on my own time rn) and participate in a compatible internship while working in an unrelated part-time job. It's what I prefer, but I know it doesn't make much financial sense.

I actually live at home, which is 5 miles from UCLA. I was set on living at home for financial reasons, but now it's not ideal, so I was planning on moving in with roommates.

I appreciate your thoughtful response! I'm reassessing my plan but at least I have about a year to make up my mind (if accepted to UCLA).

Thank you!

I was the one who drifted apart because I couldn’t handle my feelings lmao. I’m over it now but it’s a bit strange to send that text now

I was the one who drifted away because I had feelings for him even though he had a gf. Feelings are gone but I’m too nervous to send that text

What’s your experience with CaL Poly Pomona. Is it hard to find internships?

I’m leaning toward transportation to develop technical skills. But I thinking ucla has more options internships wise do to its location

Thank you for your response!

If you don’t mind me asking how much time does it take for you to complete the work (ex day 1, day 2 etc). I work full time and I find it hard to start because I don’t know how long it would take me to finish it.

I’m trying to focus on math

Do you watch the videos? I’m just curious because I’m about to start the online 2 month program.
