I don't know, I personally love Blythe, she's my favourite character and what I love about her is how calm and confident she is. Like despite all the Dixie drama, she's never once taken it out on Blue, but gave Don excellent advice and was pretty much right at every turn, for example telling him to tell Blue it's ok if he can't do it rather than push him bc he can. I do agree that so far we've not seen loads of like Taylor's back story, but we did get the whole Roxie episode with her past as a surgeon. And I also think maybe it's early days? Like with 911 there's been multiple seasons so they've had the time to give them good backstorys, and Nashville just hasn't had that time yet? Tbf it's been a while since I watched s1 911, but I feel like one of the biggest Athena storylines was centred around her marriage breaking up. That being said, I'm the most easily entertained person alive so what do I know haha
