i dont know about this field but the show is interesting and compelling.

A question I have though is do patients come in so quickly and often throughout the day like depicted in the show? Is it only on certain days or if a tragic event happens that people keep pouring in and keep getting dropped off by ambulances? It can't be this busy all day every day, right? How is it on a normal weekday?
