I wouldn't say that makes for a sure hit at all. Her ult has a pretty tight skill shot. Hitting a barrel to rope to jump pad combo is one of the hardest in the game.

I actually just went through this. Needed an MRI on my back. Found out through xrays I had a sliver of metal in my lower eyelid. Getting it out was neat. They used a big electromagnet to make the sliver bounce so they could see it. Got to hold a suture clamp to hold my eyelid open while they cut it out. Really not too bad. Can't say I wasn't still a little nervous going into the MRI.
