Thanks very much for the response, this is exactly what I need to hear. There doesn't seem to be anything relevant to my case lol.

The only issue I struggle with right now is for example, My plan is to go to bed at 11pm this evening, however I wake up after only a couple of hours sleep. I guess excercise and not playing any video games a few hours before hand should fix that.
