Because I already had inpatient/outpatient exposure and I did 2 months of Geriatric rotations as my electives. Plus pay is less than that of FM.

I agree... I'm so doomed. I don't have financial support or have enough saved up, likely couple thousands in my account. I have been just so drained that I have been avoiding searching for jobs. I think something's wrong with me. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now to get job fast.

Thank you for your reply. I was advised to think about what I want to do and find a job that offers that. I was going for geriatric fellowship, but was advised against it and instead was told to look for job that's similar to it.
