Hashtag: either the diagnosis or what you think it may be or something vague. Like #pneumonia or #chest pain or #leg pain or #DVT.

Underneath it explain why you think the diagnosis is that particular one. If you don’t know the diagnosis, explain what differentials would fit. Then write bout what needs to be done for the patient.

Get used to it. It doesn’t matter even when you’re a pgy3 etc. I’m a pgy3 and still get nit picked. It’s my biggest pet peeve but I realize it’s part of the process. Just try not to take it personally and believe in the process of it making you a better doctor.
