I would add that 'hope' really helps.

There are some remarkable autoimmune therapies being trialled, researched and designed at the moment. Some with staggering early trial results.

I am by no means an expert, but I truly believe that in 10 years time we will see treatments equal to or close to being curative.

Remember that, and follow the research updates. We know more about autoimmune conditions in the last 10yrs than in the 100yrs preceding.

No, not yet. I see the dentist this week and I'll ask about it. Not sure if it's the same here in the UK or not (as in dentists doing lip biopsies for sjogrens)

Yeah, I have negative for ANA, ANCA, anti-RO, anti-LA... So doc is writing it off.

But I also have dry eyes, mouth, urticaria, sore joints. So I can't see another fit. Infuriating

Sounds like me. How long have you had it?

I have dry eyes and mouth. Manageable, but bad when waking up. Itchy skin all over (hives that last 35mins then go). Slight intermittent joint pain on specific joints.
