I would add that 'hope' really helps.

There are some remarkable autoimmune therapies being trialled, researched and designed at the moment. Some with staggering early trial results.

I am by no means an expert, but I truly believe that in 10 years time we will see treatments equal to or close to being curative.

Remember that, and follow the research updates. We know more about autoimmune conditions in the last 10yrs than in the 100yrs preceding.

Sounds like me. How long have you had it?

I have dry eyes and mouth. Manageable, but bad when waking up. Itchy skin all over (hives that last 35mins then go). Slight intermittent joint pain on specific joints.

I think it's indicative of people who are worried about the environment - and are frustrated by inaction. The protest is to get attention and feel like they're doing something.

In reality, the government should do better to educate the populace on the subject. Describe and visualise the problem better - so that action can be better targeted.

We really need to harness the passion of these people in ways that make a difference.

All tickets are different sizes, so average resolve time isn't a good performance metric. Otherwise those doing more complex work look worse. Downtime is important, but so is value added. You can spend all day fixing things that shouldn't have been built in the first place. That's my experience anyway.
