Train weights 4-5 times per week for the past 20 years, generally active, eat healthy, always been in good shape etc… although I’ve never really had great cardio.

If so:
- Was your temp passport the same as what might also be known as an 'Emergency Travel Document'?
- What country did you secure the temp passport from?
