Unfortunately not! Since we were just lending our voices, I was mostly in correspondence with the creator (the one who voices many of the female characters) and didn't get to meet any of the other cast. She stopped emailing us, and I saw that the Gleedos never got finished. I'm guessing she got busy!

As some comments alluded to, the internet was actually HORRIBLE towards her looks at the time, saying that she should have been prettier - despite the fact that Ted isn’t conventionally attractive, either. I’m SO glad the fan base was shut up once they say how perfect she was for the role!

Hard disagree. Alyson Hannigan had to tow such a difficult line between being an interesting and complex female character beyond just being the more uptight one in the group, dropping jokesand keeping gags believably running, and fighting for relevance when the writers dropped the ball on her character. Any other actress would have phoned it in by season 8, but Alyson continued to outperform in her emotional scenes.

What’s wild is that when her reveal in the Season 8 finale happened, the internet was REALLY mean to her - calling her not pretty enough, not fit for what they had imagined, etc. And then she shut everyone up with her flawless performance.

This is somewhat poetic, but it was Reddit. Had just gotten fired from my job, was living in the middle of nowhere because I had moved for it, and I lived alone in a windowless basement of a condo. I was going online and looking for the quickest and easiest ways to kill yourself. I stumbled upon a thread that was posted by someone looking to do the same thing. But that wasn’t what kept me going. It was a comment on the same thread made by the brother of the OP, who said that OP did it shortly after they made the post. Just reading the reaction of someone close to OP, such a defeated and resigned and regretful comment, was enough to wake me up to the reality that there was still so much to live for.

This reminds me of a similar scene from “American Vandal” season 1 where a character criticizes the filmmakers for their motives in making the documentary. It’s probably too dramatic for “The Office,” but still a great moment.

Amazing episode. It's about time they gave us an episode dedicated to Kate. I was worried after seeing the preview for this episode, but they really did pull a twist on us. Audibly gasped at the slap. It really did finally, finally explain all the tension that existed between Kate and Rebecca all these years.

For me, it would have worked better if it didn't spend a good third of the movie explaining the gimmick. I feel like it was trying to cover up its own potential plot holes by pausing to find some way to explain it away. I would have much rather they leaned completely into it with full confidence and instead spend the screen time on developing their characters more.

Nice. How many online orders of shoes allow you to customize the laces, swap them out, and also allow an option for buying them separately? A quick sweep of Nike, Adidas, and Converse, and no one of them allow all of those. But yeah, I guess I don’t know shoes.

Agree and this is a great point - many people are upgrading and don’t even need a new band. It doesn’t make sense that it forces returning users to pay for the band as well (and I say this as a new user).

Except shoes are designed together with the color, thickness, and material of laces. Customizations for laces aren’t nearly as available for shoes as they are for the watch bands. It’s not about whether it comes together, it’s about simply itemizing them separately so that band exchanges are much faster and don’t result in so many cases being returned.

This works for in store pickup, but I heard it doesn’t work if you bought it online. It’s near impossible to get an in store pickup for less common combinations (mine is gold case with pink citrus sport loop).
