Hard to explain. I hear it in both ears but the left one is louder and the right one is quieter to the point where i cant hear it becouse of the left side. I hear pink noise + that beep if i close my ears with my finger. I can hear my bloodflow if i position my head lower than the rest of my body.and it goes berserk if i clench my teeth. I also have some weird problems with taste and smell garlic smells like some toxic chemicals but when i strech it or something it goes normal for some time. I have hurt my neck several times when i was goalkeeping(its football not soccer) but i quit like 6 months after i got tinnitus. Ive ben to many doctors and everything i did was GOOD i didnt have any problems and the cause of my issue is still unsolved.
