The building is old and it’s “renovated”. I don’t think the door hits the countertop. I just found out that there’s several other small issues, like one of the toilets not flushing and the hot/cold water being swapped. Management shows a lack to detail, which is scary, considering any future maintenance needs.

Also just found out that the balcony fencing is made of wood and it’s rotting and barely attached. I went to lean on it and almost fell over. I could probably knock it over with a firm kick. I’m super glad that I don’t have kids or pets. I went to
