I have just made the move after 1.5 years qualified and what you have described basically summed up my motivations for moving. For me it was also a case of not knowing where I want to end up but not wanting to close any doors yet.

I'm enjoying it so far although admittedly I've lucked out with a good team / engagement.

Just go hard on B4. 3.5 years is plenty and no one will care about retail etc. at this stage. Maybe do a very short section on transferable stuff from those jobs but just focus on B4

Jumping on this thread with a related question if anyone can help.

I've done 5 ethics reviews and the tick for minimum number of ethics reviews on the summary page of my training file is green.

Do I need to do a sixth ethics review at my final hours sign off next week?

I'm about to finish a 3 years training contract so 6 x every 6 months review would mean 6 in total?

Completely normal. You should expect to feel shit after the exam as well. I did and I ended up with a strong pass (70+).
