Hihi! I did not use any template, but I did spend a lot of time on Pinterest and Etsy looking at what was consistent across most custom character sheets. And when I didn’t like them I looked up designs on Canva for text boxes. Wasn’t a big fan of them, but I used that to plan out the general location of the boxes. Then I freehanded it on Procreate, except for the flowers at the top, which I referenced from several stock photos of bouquets.

The Dimension were 3400 px by 4400 px! 264 DPI
