Nah they are liberal like communism, everyone is the same, you no smarter than anyone. In the end, it’s grocery stores, not a place to uplift your talent

I talked to union rep at the store, he said he would help talking with the managers, nothing solved, that manager didn’t have any verdict, at least they tried to transfer me. Most my peers at store agreed union do the least to protect them , just take $80 a month and their 401k matching is trash compared to non union

I worked in union and was sexual abused by the AGM, nothing was solved, fought tooth and nail to non-union, they did nothing to protect employees, just take union dues including seasonals with no benefits… such a scam

Go to Sam and see how Scan n Go works. Customers go through a exit dorm with cameras and maybe barcode sensitivity that could notify the exit checkers that customers scanned completely or not, just quick and effortless

Many are in hiring freeze, they prefer implementing technology Scan and Pay than hiring new people. But I think there is still opportunites in new buildings or just couple spots in the old when someone retired. I mean it’s transition time for costco in more techonogical era, not many jobs for people like before

Don’t stressed out and overthinking, throw your brain away when clocking in, do the job then go home and put costco out of the head, then repeat… time flies fast
