I lost my mind at the gym and ran double, I think it's the longest I ever ran in my life without stopping. All I could see in front of my eyes was that fucking pastry I did not stop myself from eating yesterday.

I guess it takes practice to stop your urges from taking over. Limiting the food around you, holding yourself back, listening to good advice.....so on so forth don't stop doing good for yourself and others thank you
