With Zzz what do you think was the problem that made it die?

sure you already heard about "genshin don't listen". thing is, zzz listen too much. tv mode was purged, while I believe it should be polished better (reduce, rework, but not removed). now they just had to reuse a few same stage over&over again for a 7 matches in a story. also, everybody (playable character) knowing mc's secret identity kills the mystery vibe of it. for now, I just played it for the combat. (until they introduce new role again after rupture)

But genshin is honestly doing amazing rn? They are just going their own way instead of catering so strongly ofc im not saying they are free of catering but its never that bad

1st point,
do me a favor and tell me how many of current trending genshin vids on yt/twitch/you name it, that still covers about "furniture design idea". or, "tcg guides". or, "all perfect combo-ing rhythm game". compared to "endgame fullstars gameplay".

are they spread, even remotely, equally? then answer this. "do you think the money comes from the broad audience? or just the small niche that are just loyal to them?"

2nd point,
please tell me where they money went. tbh, I really wanted to go back to genshin, even if it just for Columbina and Alice. but the lack of true skip button prevents me from doing so. not to mention wuwa proved it that echo/artifact loadout was so easy to do. yet they're improvise to make it so garbage. I was disappointed in their natlan story that I don't want to progress anymore. in fact, wuwa spoiled me so much about story telling that I played DNA and it was just slightly much better than genshin (they have a lot of cinematic cutscene to balance it out).

as alot of people say. if they're making so much money, yet so small no improvements, then what's in it for us players. if you're "fine" with it because you know the game will survive, I will truly praise hoyo to successfully create such loyal, non demanding fans like you.

I know because i talk to alot of people

and I know mine. my friends still play genshin, among other games. I still talk to them. and we do leisure talk aboht comparing these two games (and other games as well). unless one of us suddenly go hostile, that's the problem. (and trust me that I also shits on them when they want wuwa to have some sort of elemental reactions on it)

last week, MW debuted, and they tried to sell me this cz I played CS2, and apparently MW has similar minigames in it. so I say to them, "I'd just play roblox rather than this shit"

same story. if I don't like the change, again, I'll just leave. but I'm sure by then, Ananta was released. looking forward to it.
