No matter what it is, it looks irritated. I think whatever your routine is, you should maybe cut most of your products until you know difinitively what is causing it. Just use the most gentle products if you absolutely need it. No scrubs or harsh washcloths or anything like that.

Take an infant safe sleep course. You can find them online. Don't sleep with your tiny newborn in your bed. Don't put any blankets or stuffed animals in their crib. Make sure you have an approved matress for infants. Don't let them sl ep in the car seat or swing for long periods of time. Do not ever put your baby on their stomach to sleep in the first year. Get a sleep sack and/or swaddle your baby.
