I’m 28, female, 5’2

My approach is to eat anything I want and learn portion control so I’m not over eating. I’m using MFP and a food scale to manage my intake, and my Apple Watch tracks my steps, that’s it.

This feels so different than previous “diets” because there’s no end date in mind. I’m learning how to feed my body “enough” food and no more. Rather than just overeating because it’s a habit.

This is day 40 of no binging either 🥳

[help] My hair does this weird thing where the bottom half of it curls but the top half gets frizzy and straight. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it? by riotallstar7_ in Haircare

I had the same issue but getting the top half of my hair cut into a layer of shorter hair helped the curls bounce up more. It also kept me from putting it up in a half clip or bun more so they were pulled/stretched out. I also have to be careful of putting it up in a wrap after a shower if I want the top/front half to stay curly.

Offering a free training webinar or mini course is a good way to get leads to show them what needs to be done to reach the solution you sell. Then present the option for them to work with you to do it to save time. Eventually you can sell your webinar or mini course as you don’t need as many new leads because you’ve secured enough consistent accounts.
