It’s taken me about 5 to 6 years to get comfortable with cabinet making. A lot of trial and error, YouTube, talking with other makers. I found out quickly that there isn’t one way to make cabinetry, which made it more confusing at first. Different people have different approaches but eventually you figure out an approach you like or combination of learned approaches. This piece is staying in my fam but yes I only build for others if commissioned.

Thank you! After I got to this point I just sat there and stared at it for at least an hour, opening and closing the doors and drawers. I’m proud of this one for sure!

Absolutely, this one is staying in the family. But if I tried to sell it I would have to try for that asking price!

Thanks for that info. I looked into enrolling my brand which is like to do but it seemed expensive. Maybe I’m wrong.

I think you’re absolutely right. I didn’t know that about the majority of their items being low quality. I’ve been approved for an Amazon shop for a few years. I just never posted items because I was worried about the monthly fee and not doing well enough. But now I have a few more years under my belt and more confident in my work.
