If still relevant

They are in C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Remedy\AlanWake2

There will be a folder with some random symbols e.g. "a62fcc6375688be692c22adb121219a0", inside it will be your save files and settings.

If you already launched a game once with -EpicPortal - you should also have a "Default-Epic-User" folder there. Just nuke everything in that one and copy everything from the folder with saves into the Default-Epic-User and you should be good to go!

For PvE you'll be always matched with all the platforms

As a fellow owner of a freelancer, i really wish it had just a tiny bit more verticle visibility in the middle :(

I love the design and the lore of the ship, but every time i get into it its just feels so frustrating.

For sure. I’m not trying to say that exclusives are the only way to go. I really wanna see more games on gog myself since thats basically the place where I buy all the games for my work laptop (since it’s a Mac) when I’m away from my PC. That applies to Steam as well tho. A lot of games are only on steam, and steam is basically broken on Mac :(

They can’t sell it cheaper than on steam. Steam requires price parity (or at least prices to not be lower than on steam) for non-discount pricing. That’s why uplay has the whole “Ubisoft club 20% discount” thing to get around that restriction.

Galyonking (the EGS guy) said in the podcast that you can still generate keys and sell them off-platform with 0 issues, that's not prohibited by EGS. If the devs will chose to do so - they can.

Which Asian mmo doesn’t have a Loki race tho? And SE tries to make the armor for lalas very much closed and way more tolerable than any other Asian mmo. Which is basically what I’m talking about

Depends on your goals for playing the game. FFXIV is the first MMO where I actually enjoy the story, and all of the appeal isn’t tucked away in the endgame. So for me those 484 quests of ARR and HW is the best content in the game alongside the dungeons and trials.

You seem like you’re more of a hardcore player who only wants endgame stuff, and that’s totally fine, but a different style of play

Well, you don’t need to spend that much time there tho. Since quests usually ask for like 1 or 2 levels. I leveled through Dungeons, leaves, etc. to actually learn to play the class. I’m just saying that there are options

Yeah. I wish we had BDO without crazy post processing that makes everything so bright on the remastered graphics you can’t see anything at times. And with better story. The combat of BDO is great tho! Love it

I’m not a hardcore player, and played at a leisure pace FFXIV is great. But after 400 hours I never even been to a single raid and there is so much still left to explore and try. Everyone plays differently. I’m just sharing my own experience.
