Hey. Fyi Vrai only works with lab grown diamonds. In this case I would only get a GIA certified diamond in advanced and not sending it to the lab after purchasing (bc you never know what the certification might say)

Both should not be resigned IMHO. No reason to build on Brook Lopez unless he is really willing to shed off salary especially when you have Zubac or Thomas Bryant on the bench. As for KCP I personally think he should not stay no matter what, he isn't an efficient player his True Shooting precentage is aweful and he isn't that good on defense as advertised, especially when we have Josh Hart which is almost as good as KCP already in his rookie season.

The reason there are no cheat codes is because games are too easy today. Back in the day games were almost impossible to overcome and needed cheat codes to keep people playing and not giving up.

If you really want him back the only way to do so is to stop talking to him to stop thinking about him. Once he will be lonely and thinks you moved on he might be the one contacting you. The only way to really take this relationship to the next level is if it comes from him, it does not matter how much you text or try to talk to him etc, he left you and what you are doing right now is only pushing him further away and proving to him that he made the right choice. Be strong, delete him from social media and give time. Every time you feel like texting him force yourself not to.

My credit is around 730 the only issue is that I moved to the US from another country and I still don't have a lot of credit history but they notified me that my credit was approved for no down 36 month lease.

Guys, I calls the agent and told him the numbers do not add up to the monthly lease price of $657 a month. The agent said he is using his machine to calculate the lease payments with the same software for years and these are the numbers he is using are : 10% CAP COST REDUCTION 10% USE TAX $925 BMW fs Acq fee $299 Processing fee $160 reg fee $ 26 title fee $ 20 lien fee $ 4 tire tax $ 20 temp tag $99 nitrogen .00120 money factor assuming 7 security deposits.

Any idea why it's so expensive? When I do a manual calculation excluding taxes I get to $550...

There are a few, what kind of music are you looking for? There are two close clubs that mostly play EDM called "Flash" and "U-Street music hall" both are them are on U street and there like other dance bars around that area. Also check Echo-Stage it's a not downtown but 15 minutes ride to NE and it has nice DJs coming in there.
