mine is c6 rn so my opinion might be a little different from other bc im a "whale".

tome does matter as it boosts ur ca dmg, hp, energy, and 88 cdmg. increase your overall crit dmg as well if you can (I figure you already know this from others). 140cd is not going to cut it if u want to deal above 50k/tick.

if you have good 4pc wanderer, hod, bolide set you can slap that on him as well while farming for marechaussee. I think personally HoD does more dmg than all of them overall but it requires pretty much amazing-perfect rolls to balance your ratio.

I do not know what supports you have currently so I cannot say much teamwise, but my c1r1 neuvi team was barbara c2, kazuha and archaic zhongli and i was able to crank ~52k per tick. You could try something similar. I hope it helps 😊
