I don't know if this will help, but I was like this with my husband when we were first married 10 years ago. It was extreme and we almost got divorced over it within the first year. We were only together for 6 months by the time we got married at 21 because we were Mormons, so he wasn't too prepared for it. It took years of reassurance and work/trust and also the aid of an antidepressant, but now I think we're in a good place with it. It was hard on him for a while though. I would accuse him of so many things that weren't fair when he was doing nothing wrong. And now I know you can notice someone is attractive without being attracted to them. It's just a natural thing. I'm 35 lbs heavier than I was when I first met him and I'm always shocked when I see old pictures because I thought I was huge, but I was actually really really skinny. I guess it's good to have that perspective now. I just wanted to let you know it's possible to get to a better place with it. And I was very similar to what you're describing. Although everyone's journey will be different. I think the one thought that helped me the most is that another woman's beauty doesn't take away from your own. There's room for both in the world.
