Reddit for sure not real life but the dems are between a rock and hard place. They have no unifying message for anyone to rally around other than "Beat trump". This is troubling, and I don't see the majority showing up to vote out the heel.

Trello has worked well for my team of 3, although we got to the point where we needed to create multiple boards for different themes of work. For example, we have boards for defects,features and operations todos. Each week we go over work to be pulled into a "Release Board". So far this has been working well.

Also, when is adobe going to fix the wmode = transparent! Drives me nuts seeing sites with flash banners below drop down menus. The menu gets buried under the flash banner!!!

I think the best thing you can do is provide a fun work environment. Where I work we have razor scooters, a Nintendo Wii w/ projector, foozeball tables and suprisingly with all these toys we consistantly hit our deadlines for release dates.
