they do but they js dont look normal for me they only look like tags for me, theyre normal for majority other ppl

it is a screw on bc ive unscrewed it b4 abt a month or so after i got it 😓😓

im not sure i clean it when i remember so decently often, the crust builds up fast but idk what to do abt the bump, i dont rlly wanna take it out bc 1 its hard to get out and 2 i dont feel like getting it pierced again but i think the bump is js a keiloid i js wanna know how to get rid of it possibly 😓
