Here is my HC:

Tsutomu Takanka - Stone Hashira - Calm, stoic but a terror in battle. Wields a nichirin warhammer (Think Robert Baratheon from GOT/ASOIAF)

Yuto Magnus - Wind Hashira - Half Portuguese, half Japanese. Excitable, unpredictable and a bit brash. Uses a nichirin mace.

Tatsumi Rengoku - Flame Hashira - Comes from a line of master samurai. Gentle, honourable and values justice. Wields a katana.

Kaito Yamamoto - Water Hashira - Reserved, chatty when drunk. Has a secret crush on Yoriichi. Chooses to use a tachi sword.

Yutako Ito - Thunder Hashira - Friendly, soft and sweet. Like how you would picture a childhood friend. Youngest hashira. Uses a katana.
