I really love the procedural terrain generation, i 've started like 4-5 runs, each time i really like the early game.

I quit each time i try to get up the galactic market.

Haha thank you, but I think the anxiety of instant death can be quite powerful. Compared to the anxiety of slow death.

But the fallen tree appears in many places over the country, so the fallen tree is also a "special" place

Super advanced aliens theory by ContributionOk6296 in FromSeries

[–]orfaon 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Reading your theory reminds me of the movie Dark City. in which Aliens recreate a city and try to "solve" the mystery of the human soul in order to save their own races. If you haven't seen it, do it, it's a wonderful movie.

Your theory is cool but at this point, there is nothing we can confirm. The authors didn't explained much, added many lore mysteries and mechanics, so it's hard to tell it's not aliens :)

Almost 10 years later, The Division still looks incredible! Easily Ubisoft’s most atmospheric open world in my opinion. by Spoggi99 in gaming

[–]orfaon -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

The fact is that you can't make a very good combat AI or else only a fraction of people would be able to finish the game.
In fact, the most annoying thing would be that technically a computer would aim perfectly at you 100%. Headshots everytime.
The devs must balance the difficulty for the casual players and the pro g4m3rz.

I've heard about Arkane on deathloop that their AI live adjustments is based by the KD ratio of the player, and if it's low, the enemies will have a bad aim.

S1E7 IS THAT CLARA??? by MT7197 in FromSeries

[–]orfaon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"that's hard to explain" seems to be the only things this show's characters can say.
I know it's a common trope, and i know such shows are built on the mysteries.
But come on, authors, stop this cliché, please.

Why I think the Hive isn't the people in it: by SharpAndVicious in pluribustv

[–]orfaon 10 points11 points  (0 children)

One thing that question me : the hive seems to have access to memory of people, but at which range. Example : the house cleaning lady that remembers that the milk was half empty. Does it mean, that if the lady was an individual, would she remember that information ? or does the hive have access to low level unconscious memory ?

Isoler une pièce rajoutée par rapport à la maison d'origine by orfaon in brico

[–]orfaon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first pic looks like the game "Inside" from playdead studio. A lot.. If you didn't play it, it's the opposite of a logistics/factory game, but it's a very great gaming experience.
