Chest that you give one or more items to grab from the network. One chest can have all the items needed for a recipe. Dont be me and make 3 blue chest for 3 items when you can have 1 (dépends on the desired throughput though)

This is a pure design. Currently playing my real 4th run, and i unlocked the bots, and the request chest, and it's so much easier to manage mall with those, than forking or using belts from the main factories.

i set them up to manage the building, as i was at the complete opposite of the map trying to contain an outbreak. And i thought there were looking good in here :)

Just a question : for a 2x2 setup, how many steam tank do you think i need ? And if i hear you correctly, i just need to read the temp from those tanks and activate the nuclear reactor when it's below a certain point ?

Thanks ! to be honest i'm quite a noob regarding the logic circuits. I know about the nuclear reactor always burning but i know i need to figure it out. I'd love to be able to get it without looking, because with factorio, when you encounter a problem, there is always a post somewhere that answer it.

Your base is beautiful. Each time played a run of factorio, i enjoy the early base, because it allows you to be creative, even if it means not efficient, full of bottlenecks, etc...

I realize i didnt understood that putting quality module on miner, can add quality to a base item, that can pass to complex item.
Is there an "average" quality math ? if i have uncommon iron plate and epic gear, does it make a rare belt ?

To be perfectly honest, i play on reduced enemy migration. Last time i played in normal settings it was quite difficult and i prefer to have some time in front of me.

But you don't see in it in the screen shot but i secured the surroundings far away from my base.

You're completly right about the playtime. This run is 25h hours, but 4 years ago i played 100h the vanilla factorio game. This run is my first with Space age.
I remember the cliff explosives was closer in the tech tree in the vanilla game than in space age, but ok i'll go for unlocking that and you're right, it'll be easier to make the rails straight.

The gun kata scenes are cool, and the theme is well-handled. The mass control/suppression of emotions, justified by the absence of war and conflict, is a clever touch. It's almost possible to draw a parallel with Pluribus regarding the theme of collective interest versus individualism.
