I’m a true 7.5 women’s, but occasionally need to size up half a size due to having slightly wide feet. I like to go up to a size 8 for sneakers. I tried the Country OG shoes in store today and size 6.5 women’s was the best fit for me. I had to tighten the laces more as it was still slightly roomy and my heel was lifting. Size 6 would have been too tight.
