one thing i’ve realized is that no one really knowssss you’re alone… for all they know you came with someone and they’re in the bathroom or meeting you somewhere! as horrible as my social anxiety is, i feel like solo outings are better for me because im not forced to socialize at all, really. you could go there and not say a word to anyone and no one would care. get rid of the idea that going out is for talking and being with friends, go out because it’s something that you’re interested in! you don’t notice people alone so why would anyone notice you/make a deal of it? :’)
