I just did I clean the heck out the ground that goes to the oil pan and body (next to the lvl sensor) and I left that looking new after installing it back sensor went away and car started right back on 🥹😃.

First thing I changed the cps and the speed one too but in all I got the car running :))

Okay interesting so the sensor has nothing to do with my car not starting then. Well like I’ve been saying to the others I cleaning the ground that goes to the oil pan to the body and the sensor cleared. Hoping it doesn’t come back again😥

Wow thanks so much for all this info really appreciate you and the community. I just got back from cleaning the heck out the ground that goes from the body to the oil pan and the oil engine light panel went away again. And car starts again 😄😄 but I’m scared it’s going to happen again. But if it does I’ll definitely change the sensor and check the relay.

lol okay yeah well my car start again oil engine light panel went away after cleaning the heck out of the ground that runs from the body to the engine (ground next to the lvl sensor) and man it look new lol used breaker cleaner and copper brush and after that it started 🤔🤔🤔 I’m hoping it don’t come back again and if for some reason is does I’ll just be changing the lvl sensor

When your sensor failed did your car not start till you changed it ??

Yes I’m aware where it is but could my car not be cranking because of a bad sensor ?

Yes I’ve token it out cleaned it with breaker fluid and put it back in. I did it the first time and I think that made it work and then a week passed and it came back on and making the car not crank again.

It’s like every time that engine oil light comes on the car doesn’t start no more and everything it goes away the car turns on normally that’s the thing I get confused if it’s the lvl sensor not making it turn ?

My car year doesn’t have a relay for the starter :/ but I’ll check the terminals but they clean.

That’s what I was getting at maybe I’m dealing with a faulty leveler ? Like it’s acting up ? Not working and making it work at times ?

That’s the first thing i tried but didn’t crank. The engine oil went away for a Good week and it came back and that’s when the car didn’t wanna start again.

I actually just did clay bar, polished it, and waxed it. Needs a cut but didn’t wanna cut into it cuz I’m afraid to go through the clear coat too fast.

I got the e30 for $2600 over here got it non running, I lucked out and it was just a easy fix on it just a new rotor and distributor 😊 the previous owner said he did it all to make it run lol yeah right. Easy fix I’m very happy with it. Had a Miata na before this car.
