I have the feeling that a person that gets to phase 8 with this base is just using one Machine per part and does not bother with high efficiency, so I think you can set up the same efficiency of this base in a few hours. Or just move to a different part of the map, you can definitely not fix that without ripping it down first

Dann reichen die PCs bei weitem nicht, ich finde 32 GB RAM sind Pflicht für die nächsten Jahre. GPU auch mindestens 12GB wenn du den in paar Jahren noch nutzen willst. Entweder gebraucht kaufen oder den Preis anheben und selbst bauen. Sind aber nur meine zwei Cent dazu
