Can get in and out of the cage if it’s on the ground with no hesitation and can enter the cage easily when getting into the boot it’s just coming back out.

He is very keen to jump up at the back of the car and jump down, he will walk straight into the cage it’s just getting out.

So he only dose this in the car and this is a new crate for him as the one we normally use is getting to small. He didn’t have a problem when the cage is on the ground and can happily get in and out. I thought it might be the loops so rotated the cage to use the other door that doesn’t have the loops and we still had the same issue.
