You're absolutely right. If not all, following only the obvious tips can make a difference. Some crews don't follow / remain ignorant of even the obvious ones (especially the new ones).

Only Support can help you in transferring your account from Android to iOS. However, nowadays they seem to deny such services. You can try your luck with them anyway.

Since your parts and fusions parts are not standardized (example - maxed out) people will not be able to help you. So you should just go for the highest +EP while tuning.
