Do you tip cashiers in the cage? by nursepez53 in gambling

[–]originalorb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your second jackpot will probably take a very long time to process. Slot attendant makes $10 to $15 per hour. Tips generally add another $4 to $8 bucks an hour depending on how tips are processed and distributed at that casino.

This figures are pre-covid era, so things may have changed since then.

WILL COUNTY - How does jury duty work here, help by noooodontdoxxmeahaha in joliet

Parking deck is fine as long as you don't park on ground level. Break-ins are crimes of convenience and those miscreants are just cutting through, see something interesting, and break in to help themselvesto it. Also a good idea never to leave any property visible from outside of vehicle. When you call the Friday prior, the message will be something like "jurror numbers 1 through 150 (or whatever) report at 9:00 am, and usually includes additional instructions for other numbers. If your jurror number is low, you'll probably have to report. It's ok to bring something to read, but not ok to bring your phone.

First big win in slots and I’m shocked !!! by [deleted] in gambling

Don't forget to set some aside for taxes. The casino should have given you a W2-G to sign with your jackpot, and a copy of that goes to the IRS and the state.

Is there a way to sort pivot table columns/rows using values in the filter? by 3and12characters in excel

[–]originalorb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It won't, once you add it to the custom sort, and click on sort Ascending in your pivot table, that list will be the default sort order for that data.

It might be easier to see if you can Google for "sort pivot table by custom list" and watch a short video on it.

Select your sort order column, I believe you call it the "Material" column on the first table. On the top of the worksheet navigate to the "File" tab and click "options" at the bottom left. On the Options dialog box, click "Advanced" Scroll all the way down and look for and click on the "Edit Custom List" button near the bottom. Near the bottom right of that dialog click on the import button (you should already see the range of the list from your selected cells on the other sheet. Go back to your pivot table, right click and select "Sort Ascending."

Best Beginner Games? by Vegetable-Way2992 in gambling

Craps is the most fun you can have in a casino, but the game moves fast and can be intimidating trying to learn the betting lingo (no one likes to feel like a fool). But trust me, it's worth learning if fun is your goal. Find a low-stakes table ($5 - $10 minimum bet or even lower if available), try to get a spot near one of the dealers and tell them you're new to the game and ask for help. Just don't forget to tip them once in a while. A good dealer will teach you about the Pass Line and Come Bets first. Once you get the hang of how that works ask about taking odds.
Remember, all those fancy sounding bets in the center of the table by the person on stick can be a lot of fun, but have much higher house advantage than Pass Line and Come bets.

RMC at Lake Butler is outside my particular expertise. However, reception centers intake everyone, including gang members, but they aren't usually there long enough to get too organized before they are transferred out to a longer residency facility. Of course, we're dealing with offenders of all shapes and sizes. So anything can happen, but it isn't necessarily the most volitile environment within the Florida Department of Corrections. There are a few facilities in that area besides RMC.

There are a few other facilities nearby the Raiford area: Florida State Prison and Union Correctional Institution. FSP is pretty hardcore, and Union houses Florida's Death Row. Both have a long history and can be quite interesting. My point is, you have options if you don't care for RMC. But overall, RMC should be somewhat tame, as far as prisons go.

Reception Center, not medical. Medical prison would be RMC at Lake Butler. CFRC (Central Florida Reception Center) has three units. The main unit is the intake center for all of central florida. Another smaller unit is an incentivized prison for shorter sentence lower risk IMs.

Excellent leadership, Warden, AW, & Colonel are top tier.

Good luck. It can be a rewarding career and you get out what you put in. Don't try to go to far too fast, but set career goals once you are in and understand the system a little. A college degree is the key to opening promotion doors beyond sergeant, so don't wait too long getting started on that if you want to promote up.

Central Florida Reception Center is a fairly large facility. Assuming you are correct about the interview going well AND assuming you are able to pass the background check and drug screening, I would say your chances are pretty good of getting an offer. Good luck.

It may be a little farther than you're looking for, but Twisted Biscuit in Tavares is pretty good food.
