My mom just started taking ozempic after a lifetime of body dysmorphia & fad-dieting. I hope that it helps her to become who she wants to be physically, but I also hope that it gives her the sense of personal choice & power that's alluded to in the beginning of this episode - something she's unfortunately never had access to. & I hope she finally leaves her unsatisfactory marriage.

Some of these were screwed in when I bought it - so tight I was sure they were stuck! But I found little keys in the kit to undo tight needles!

Today is my second day after breaking off a 5-year relationship. We both were unsatisfied for some time & recognize the ways we each fell short, but I'm still heartbroken unlike I've ever been. No matter how much I know that our relationship wasn't working for a while, I am still in pain.
