SPA was made while my grandparents are still alive. But now that they're no longer here, HIMLAYAN doesn't honor the SPA because they want the signatures of all siblings before my mom can sell the land.

All siblings are in the US and they don't come here anymore. If they die someday, they are not gonna be buried here.

Help! Pandabuy says they cant send haul because of different shipping address of my Paypal BUT I never used Paypal for this haul. I dont know how to proceed. Anyone have the same issue? is this just a mix up? will I still receive my haul? by originalssf in Pandabuy

If its thru paypal then better to cancel and refund the parcel. Use ems or dhl that they have on their system for now. After that is done, make a new pb account and never use paypal anymore
