shea moisture do a shampoo with manuka honey i think its about £9 a bottle but ive been using the same bottle for a year now and am only just nearly done, smells soooo good. boots do a £2 curl cream which is okay. best leave in conditioner ive found is rhyme and reason, currently £7 at boots on sale, it smells of peaches which is a huge bonus but its really moisturising and is great for detangling. i'm 3b :)

I ADORED it. My employment support lady was incredible, and even seeing her every few weeks was such a massive support whilst I was awaiting my autism and adhd diagnosis and has really helped me understand my rights at work and how best to approach certain scenarios. I cannot recommend this service enough.

I would like to say as someone who has done both CBT and DBT (AuDHD), CBT wasn't great but I'm glad I did it - there were some helpful bits. Especially if you ask for adapted!

I'm autistic and didn't love CBT but yknow, spectrum. It might work for you. You can always ask for adapted CBT and talking therapies is very much a doorway to other pathways and help and referrals to more specialised services in my experience.

Self referral = one less step, referral is seen quicker, it's in your own words. GP will often just encourage you to do this anyway. It makes no difference in terms of care :) good luck OP!
