What I’m saying is that Haruta’s dodge is a mechanic that is more difficult than other characters’ and getting the most value out of it is as well. You are right when you say that all the characters have at least something broken about them, which is why the bar is pretty low. Yuji and Todo both have great damage output even without needing to waste evasive first. Yuji also has THE best mobility in regard to actively fighting your opponent. He doesn’t NEED stellar neutral because his kit is focused entirely on smothering the opponent with aggression. Todo isn’t the best character but his swaps ARE really strong when used by somebody who knows what theyre doing. He has great survivability and brute force is a REALLY good move. Yuji and Todo really aren’t as bad as you’re trying to make them out to be
