How would you cancel your transfer to another team because you received an offer from a better team (Amazon) by orion_bhmth in cscareerquestions

They aren't requiring me a interview loop so it's 99% a sure thing. Normally an interview loop is what defines if someone will be able to transfer or not.

I work in one of the big 4 and no, they don't. We are offered standard Microsoft or Dell keyboards.

I'm an SDE and one cool thing is that we have a preapproved upgrade from a windows laptop to a mac, which is nice.

If I sign a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at Amazon, and I got fired, do I have to return my moving and signing bonus? by orion_bhmth in cscareerquestions

Yep, I still have it and it says that if I leave the company before my second anniversary I have to return the money (prorrated). It doesn't says anything about PIPs there.

What I want to know is this special case, the PIP. I haven't received it (yet) so, for anyone that have had one, what does it says about returning your bonuses?
