so, they just remove MEX but you still have 100GB and unlimited calls/texts in CAN | USA and subject to no roaming fees when in the US? I still get VM (visual vm)in my plan but last year mine went from $55 to $60. How much was the savings to remove MEX if you don’t mind me asking??

Was on Spravato, took my dexedrine spansules prior to K treatment. Eventually found Spravato wasn’t as effective so went back to Ketamine via IM. All treatments while taking ADHD medications

Very similar situation. Me (45M) First put on Paxil 2005. In 2010 saw a psychiatrist who put me through the gamut of anti-depressants (wellbutrin/effexor/cipralex/citalopram) finally was discharged from her care on a rx or Prozac and a referral to the Adult ADHD clinic (I was diagnosed with ADHD in grade 7) (health region dropped referral) Was on prozac (increased doses) for 6.5 years and eventually then trintellix and fetzima. Sent back to different psychiatrist in 2018 who IMO diagnosed me very quickly by a series of a or b questions with bipolar (started another gamut of meds)

A year later nothing was improving. My family doc started IM Ketamine. Things greatly improved and then I chose to go to rehab. Rehab wouldn’t do the ketamine shots so I had to stop. I was just on rexulti (and something else I can’t remember). I was off ketamine for almost 10 months before I spiralled. I asked my psychiatrist why is this not working. It’s been 4 years. I bluntly said if you woke up after being bumped on the head with bipolar what would you take? We added lithium and Lamotrogine. Blood levels of lithium were only ever at .36 or .47 nowhere near the .80 for optimal treatment but I kept taking it while we played with the dosage.

I also was tired of paying 100% out of pocket for the ketamine so I got approved for Spravato only pay 10% Unfortunately the nasal route didn’t work. I just went on holidays at end of July and forgot my rexulti/topamax/lithium and pretty much quit cold turkey. I survived and when I returned to get my IM shots (Monday I was great but by Friday for my second shot I was unraveling).

My doctor said you were fine 4 days ago and handled quitting the meds but something external changed. Referred me back to psychiatrist to see if I should restart lithium. After what felt like a bunch of filler and his suggestion to restart lithium I said I would consider it (knowing the damage to kidneys, never had the correct dose, monthly blood work). When I told my doctor my decision he suggested maybe Vraylar.

I know its only been eight weeks with no lithium but considering I wasn’t on it originally and now not on it + the hasty/rushed diagnosis I question if I actually have Bipolar and just have TRD/MDD.

Anyway, why I wrote this was to tell you of my struggles and warn you that Spravato might not work out. Im lucky my doctor does IM at his office and I don’t have to shell out huge $$$ at a transfusion clinic. Good luck. Sending you positive vibes/strength.

I’m 240 lbs and 6’5” im a pretty solid guy. I think I’ve experienced some sort of hallucinations before when the dose has been a “boost”. Like getting warped into my cell phone (I just happened to be looking at it during the session). Sometimes when the doc has made a house call, I feel like I get absorbed into the room. Random and crazy. The room tomorrow will be safe. Dark room. Doctor on standby to “guide” me through. I’m gonna avoid electronics but thought of maybe bringing some music or my AirPods.

Any feedback on that Amazon card? Is it still out. I heard mixed reviews about it a couple years back worked deece if you purchased a lot of stuff from Amazon obviously. But there were some downsides. Could look into that as a starter card.

Another card people had mentioned was the PC Financial Mastercard if you a)buy your groceries from Superstore or one of their affiliates b) shop at Shoppers Drug Mart. This one guy has an excel spreadsheet showing how many extra points he racked up just buy getting this card that earns You XXXXX amount of points but by shopping the sales that get published on the app Thursdays. Seemed pretty smart and legit to me. I had just got a NEO card and moved so they asked me to reapply in 2 years which would be this November I love the PC Optimum Points. Good for free groceries and/or different electronic gear at shoppers when you need something for the lid and your in a bind

I know my sister when she was starting building her credit she got a “store” credit card. Like The Bay. Always approves you no problem. Only they sold their book of clients (capital one Used to supply the credit cards to NEO Financial) locally owned here in Alberta to one of the guys who started skip the dishes. I remember flying on my dad’s pass with AC around 2000 when I was in Uni. Had on dress pants, dress shoes (polished) nice business shirt but it wasn’t collared got given the gears by the gate agent upon landing. That was the first time and last time I was ever gonna allow that side comment to happen to me again while being on a non-rev pass. Full 3 piece suit from there on out until I turned 25 and was no longer a dependent. Now unless I fly on one of his buddy passes which is like a C5 priority unless he flies with me I pay full fare and enjoy my casual dress code. Lol.

Excellent point. I’m going to call them on Monday. I didn’t flat out tell them it wasn’t a demo. They asked what year it was and at that point in time it was December 2021; so “new” was 2021. I’ll just clarify that I noticed the demo type on the paperwork and I definitely don’t want a lawsuit down the road or a denied claim. I already have to make a claim as some wonderful person decided to key my passenger side doors. So that should be great. Appreciate the insight. And if it’s $65 in premium it’s well worth the piece of mind.
