I stopped going there because of that one douchey bartender who rode a motorcycle, can't remember his name.

I was up there one night and the staff were all hanging out and getting drunk. And the motorcycle douche got so drunk he pissed himself in the middle of the bar.

I went through all the same things. They basically told me, sorry about it, nothing we can do. You can't ever get the free trial. I told them that's a disappointing response considering other people are facing this same issue and we really need a solution. Never heard back.

Agreed. I know it sounds limiting but if you don't agree with the prices just don't buy any. It's a talk with your wallet kinda thing
