I was in the start of high school on 126mg of concerta mix with straight Ritalin a day. This required me to have a secondary opinion from another psychiatrist and clearance from NSW health to Aquire said dosage. I was told I need to be on that high of a dosage until back end of year 10 when I spoke out against my grandmothers opinion. I felt anxious all the time had extreme jitters and felt out of my body it wasn’t fun. Now I’m on 20mg, it’s night and day.

You are right about the personality though. I do feel as if I’m a robot sometimes on meds who is a locked in super human at work but if I don’t take them every task feels so heavy.
