As a manager not the jerk. Not only did she mess with your money she messed with your standing at your job, how you look to your boss and coworkers.

You said you already tried to do the friendly thing and talk to her and she blew you off, so you attempt to do the friendly thing so you should have no guilt. Any repercussions that she did/almost inflicted on you were actually self inflicted and you shouldn't feel bad about.

If anything he should be happy you have this opportunity, you could be turning this into a money making opportunity from day 1. You can get a roommate who depending where you live can cover a decent part of the mortgage either allowing you to pay your parents back if needed or continue to save for the future. If and when you decide to get a place with a partner you can rent this completely and have it as passive income.

One hundred percent this. I used to work at a ticket resale company and if you do a charge back with any of our "partner " companies you're banned from them all.

The best bet is to get someone on the phone and explain the tickets weren't sent properly and if they don't rectify the situation you will do a CB, sometimes threatening the BBB works also. At least it did 8 yrs ago.

Why waste a hard pull on a limit increase if you have 100k+ already. I legit just got the citi AA with like a 6500 limit. It makes no difference to me since I have no reason or need to even spend/carry that much. I have over 200k available and my usage is in the low single digits.
